I've come to find God as an excuse for talking about society. When you say "praise God" your really saying "please don't kill me society I'm a good person" and every time you praise this God your really just making a statement to all beings on this planet that can comprehend language, animals don't understand but honestly talking about God is like telling everyone "I am in this world but I am not of it, I have to deal with all you fucks and I know your there but please don't kill me" it's pretty hard to make that work.
