Since the state took the means of being the body that held the 'peoples will' and owned the means of production in USSR, PRoC DPRK etc then what body would own the means of production in REAL socialism?
Would it be worker councils running the state that do it like soviets?
Would it be unregulated workers who took investment of capital into a business as a common means of producing capital?

How do the workers control those factories?
Is it workers who invest in them that own and control them collectively?
Do they vote on the business prices and hours or are there price controls?
Do they operate on supply and demand assumingly?
Is the business taxed by the state or is there no state?
Does the capital they produce get sold by them or another party such as a soviet council or a state entity?
Does the worker owned entity have management or hierarchy of positions to ensure different procedures necessarily get done? Are they paid more for doing more labor?
Generally curious if you can answer these, love hearing different theories and brands on communist thinking as I use to be a hardcore commie back in the day.
