Three more years and it'll have been a decade since K-ON! aired.

...
Talk about a one-hit wonder.
Do you think that the industry will have changed as much between 2009 and 2019 as it did between all those other intervals?
I have high hopes for Koe no Katachi.
CCA was in 1988.
>Akira over Riding Bean

When Eva 4
The last ten years have just flown by and I don't really know what happened. When someone's asking me what I did during my twenties, I'm just going to say that I don't remember.
>2009
>The year everything went wrong
>2009
>Endless Eight
Hold me senpai
>2019
>some shitty MMOs are real life anime
Man I fucking loved K-ON
>every girl best girl
>that hokago tea time sound track
>that comfy
fuck man, we'll never get anything on that level
There's more or less a K-ON show every season. This season it's the art club thingy.
No, nothing compares to it. These characters had CHEMISTRY
as someone who doesn't care much for these types of shows anymore, K-ON has an almost Miyazaki or Disney-like essence to it that most other shows of its kind don't manage to capture to have that long lasting heartfelt appeal
That piece of shit show shouldn't be compared to the the pinnacle of SOL that is K-ON.
It's a shame too because the manga for that show was great and looked like it was begging for a Kyo-Ani adaptation, but it got fucked by whatever fucking shitty studio's producing it now.
I think it's a pretty nice, carefree slice-of-life comedy show. Kyo-Ani is nice and all, but you're kinda shooting yourself in you calf if you don't watch anything else than Kyo-Ani.
Fuck
>art club
new game?
It already has.
Kono Bijutsubu ni wa Mondai ga Aru!
I couldn't even remember the name. In English it's this art club has got a problem or something like that.
It's pretty enjoyable, but I'm pretty certain it's also pretty forgettable.
Tell me more
K-ON isn't that great, calm down
He means Kono Bijutsubu. Which isn't very K-On! like at all. It has guys, romance and is more flagrantly otaku-ish than the K-On! anime was.
>These characters had CHEMISTRY
Ritsu, Mio and Yui sure. Mugi just...existed.
YOU
DIE
NOW
It's the pinnacle of its genre.
The reshuffling, destruction(GAINAX, MADHOUSE, Brains Base), and creation of dozens of new studios, foreign animators getting jobs more frequently, SUNRISE revitalizing gundam, KyoAni distancing itself from publishers, AniPlex, the western market.
It was pretty good, you just have shit taste.
they're never coming back are they?
Recently rewatched k-on movie.
It's so sad that nothing will ever be close to be this good and comfy. Pinacle of slice of life genre
inb4 aria
Afaik the manga continued a bit into college, but I guess everyone lost interest when they weren't in high school anymore.
I'm kind of bummed out why every show has to be in high school, it would've been more or less the same if they had the same premise in first year of college or uni. Is it just because they need to have school uniforms or something?
why would you want another season of k-on or haruhi when kyoani can give you anime like musaigen phantom world
Gundam is the only thing on this picture that isn't shit.
Dumb feelsposter.
please dont. it hurts.
