If you copy this on any public electronic copier pretty much these days, the image can be stored for viewing. So public libraries and universities CAN store that image, then look at who made the copies using the timestamp on the file. I don't know how many Universities IT depts are doing this, but I would think with Homeland Security considerations, some public printers/copiers are required to, even if by in-house policy to avoid liability. Just be aware.
