But the low IQ DOES NOT correlate with crime AT ALL. It has to do with something different. Take pigmies or austrlian aborignals for example. Their IQ is SO MUCH LOWER than blacks yet they commit less crime. Also, not to mention people with down-syndrome do not commit as much crime as blacks.
