Almost always the Americans in mecha shows are some of the better pilots, only topped by the Japanese. In G Gundam Chibodee Crockett is equal if not actually better than Domon as a pilot, had a vastly superior mech, and Domon could pretty much only win using a Demonbane tier move he never used again.
Pictured is one of the only in universe mecha in Getter Robo that held a candle to Getter, Texas Mack.
