I'll put a solid hour into high octane gaming a day. Keep the immediate problem solving skills up and running. Games like RTS and FPS, some of the PvP of MMOs can be pretty good but they become more of a mathimatical Build competition over fast paced decision making.

Working out takes a half hour. Children are almost entirely autonomous if you raised them to be intelligent.

Books are verbose and a waste of fucking time. Studying does nothing for me unless it's to get more money, of which I need none because I have a solid job and retirement savings.
