SEED Destiny
I don't know if it's the very best, but Turn A is the most OP Gundam ever made. X-Turn is stronger, but not technically a Gundam. Seriously... Turn A, in terms of Gundam OP, is obscene.
Is Origin a good place to start?
no for uc start with 0079 series
g-self perfect pack
War in the Pocket.
...
My nigger
I usually recommend to start out with the movie versions of the original series (Gundam I, Gundam II: Soldiers of Sorrow and Gundam III: Encounters in Space) and then go wherever you like from there.
Origin is the backdrop story of the main antagonist of the original series and therefore works best as a supplement rather than an introduction. Besides, it's not completed yet anyway.
>movie meme
don't do this
>I usually recommend to start out with the movie versions of the original series
Not him, but what's wrong with 0079 movies?
Gundam Zeta is understandable.
Tomino's latest masterpiece.
Literally no one disagrees with this
>Not him, but what's wrong with 0079 movies?
Skipping the TV show is a sin.
G is best.
Also OP is a fag for asking then answering his own question and a nigger for choosing incorrectly.
Double Zeta
Char's Counterattack
>tfw no Sazabi gf
>tfw Haman didn't get a good ending
I think that's what I like about the early series, it's more "realistic" about how war is. You meet people and then sometimes they die in the next battle, lives are lost almost indiscriminately and war turns people into evil, battered husks of themselves and they never get better, they either die or shrivel into irrelevance.
There's only one Gundam series that's undefeated.
I love my waifu!
Zeta, Seed, GBF, Thunderbolt, IBO are the best
>implying the movies aren't a better introduction
>implying the movies aren't the canon version
>implying you can't watch both
