i like the fights where the main villains have character development. They had many great moments to shine and had main character tier willpower as well. One of the best for sure.

Superfly is good, Eleven men too, the race against Diego with The World was neat, even though I didn't like it from a story perspective.

Most fights against Pucci were pretty nice, even though he's basically untouchable.

I quite liked the action of Highway Star, even though it was just a manga you could sort of feel the speed of it.

Also Highway Star didn't come to my mind because it's not much of a "fight", I guess it's a good "confrontation", because once the fight actually starts it ends in less than a minute.
