The problem started when Germans decided to play european imperium once again. At first everyone was even, and healthy capitalism was making european prosper but than German elites decided that its not enough for them. They want to be more rich, so they started undermining any possible competition in any other european country. Some greek starts a boat factory in Greece -> Germans shut it, Poland shipyards starts bringing profit => Germans close them and so on. This thing was going on for quite a while. The result of this was that Germany become exporter superpower. Germany is basically the heart of europe that sells everything to whole europe and on the other hand don't let any european country start a competition buisness. Everything was more-less going well until the 2008
where are we at?
German economy don't exist without EU. almost 50% of their GDP is export. That means Germany will not let anyone leave EU. at least not fully. => Talking about u Brits :]
EU countries knows this and don't agrees to being German Wealthmaker so countries starts to try to exit the EU somehow.
EU will eventually split and the only way for Germany to survive is to team up with Russia.
USA knows this so there is "backup plan" called Intermarium/ThreeSeasInitiative

The correct move is to drive a wedge between France and the United Kingdom, against Germany, because an independent France and United Kingdom could fend off Germany, and the Russians would be too far away to effectively help the Germans in containing those two powers. The refugee crisis is the perfect destabilizer to break apart German dominance. Either France is broken from Germany, or the Franco-German-Russian alliance ends America in the West.

If you would watch Friedmans speech you would know that: Putin failed to build a proper industry, a proper economy. Russian economy is based on oil/gas exporting. Nowdays due to low oil/gas prices Russian reserved are decreasing and soon they will be out of money. *Countries like Poland already stated that when Yalta agreement ends, we will stop buying russian gas.
