It is. Neko's witch powers tend to be useless and it focuses on her trying to figure how to live as a modern day witch. Girls are cute and though it's not yuri she keeps getting into lucky perv situations with the kuudere long haired miko. Nothing standout but it's a comfy coming of age story with not!chitoge.

I liked it quite a bit. I'm looking forward to the next chapter.
