Some of these laws include being shelter, food, clothes and so forth. Now Sweden also has a housing crisis. The housing market will heavily regulate, so as you can imagine building and developing is expensive. Because of the massive volume of asylum seekers they had to hire hotels for them. Yes, you heard that fucking hotel. The asylum housing business is a huge market because of the lack of housing. So the government being able to build cheaper housing as opposed to leasing property and building expensive buildings is better than nothing at all.
