Just look at all the different ethnicities/races of Jews as proof. You got black Jews from Africa, Arabic Jews from the Middle-East, white Jews from Europe etc. They've been moving around and breeding with whatever people they live with for millenniums now. You don't need to convert genes. All you have to do is read the Bible or Talmud - or comprehend what I just told you - in order to understand that. To say that all the different ethnicities/races of Jews have a common ancestry (which many do) would be the same as us saying the same thing about other non-whites which share some genes/ancestry with us ----- which I don't want to, and I'm sure you don't want to do the same with those South Americans who have some Euro genes in them too. Again, convert to Judaism and you're a Jew (if done properly) just as all the prominent female figures in the Bible did.

I'm not saying that certain individuals will always accept you as a convert or as a black Jew - I'm almost certain some won't, but that's besides the point. Zionism and Israel has really politicized what Judaism is which is - many of which use it to justify their land or claim to it, but that's besides the main point.
