Most Californians head north on I5 to Portland. But if you get off the freeway somewhere in between, you'll find a nice cozy american town. Redding, Medford, Roseburg, Grants Pass... The list goes on. Plus if you are in southern Oregon, you get good gun laws and plenty of wilderness to shoot in legally.
