notice the Tri-Continental Conference took place in 1966, after the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Immigration and Naturalization Services Act of 1965. This happened after equal right for Blacks had been achieved.
At the time the NSC created this document they thought about impacts ub relativly close future. The Commies think in much more longer terms, the sabotage the agency worries about was not the prime goal of the Tri-Continental Conference's declared goals. Infiltration of the "black nationalist" movements was. Also they are known for recycling previously failed ideas.
Now consider how Black Lives Matter actively goes against the interest of black communities by carrying legimitage criticism to a cartoonish excess. They don't operate in their own interest. This fits too well, also all BLM founders are part of National Domestic Workers Alliance.

It's less about specific agencies I think. The public just needs to know that these type of social manipulation operations aren't just real, but happening at all times from all different angles. There needs to be a ubiquitous "loss of innocence" by the public, especially now with the advent of technology. The things you see on your phone, TV, social media aren't there by accident.
This reminds me of when I first learned about ad placement in movies. If you see a brand in a movie, they paid for that. Every time. And for the most part you'd never know unless you were privy to it.
Narratives like Colin fucking Kaepernick are pushed for a reason. The divisiveness of a population directly translates to how easy it is to control them. There are a lot of people out there that would not even give a shit because they're wrapped up in their immediate lives. People I tried to redpill about Vault 7 and the Amazon $600MM secret contract with the CIA just months before Alexa took over the world, didn't even care.
And when someone with an actual voice goes rouge and even questions these types of things they are quickly silenced one way or another.
The Matrix is an example I always think of. It introduced the idea of questioning the reality you're in and look what happened. The plot was intentionally run off the rails in 2 and by 3 the directors were different genders.
(((They))) control the masses with media and only have to deal with occasional one-off threats. As soon as someone with a voice and influence starts going off script, it's corrected. Watch Kanye West's rant about being pro Trump at a concert. He made a lot of really solid points over the course of like 30 mins. But all (((they))) had to do to fix it was release a 5 minute "summary" of the rant of out-of-context snippets, call him "crazy", and send him to THE MKultra hospital to "heal" his "exhaustion"
In order for mass public awakening, there would need to be a generation of celebrities and influencers that weren't hand picked by (((them))). The present-day voices are too compromised and indebted to their masters to ever rise up. And if only 1 does, (((they))) can deal with it easy no matter how important they are. If (((they))) can do it to Michael fucking Jackson then no one is safe. And everyone knows it.
