Now, either that's the most incredible coincidence ever, or Qanon is actually the Twitter employee, and he took the account down to back up his LARP. I think they did it to trigger Trump's phone into downloading their gps-activated Twitter client. I'm betting that if your Twitter mobile client can't find your account on the server, it tries things like updating itself to fix it. Another possibility is that it was just to draw his attention to it so he'd use it right away. As soon as his account disappeared, you know people he knows started calling and telling him about it. That would make sure he'd try to fire up the client.

That's almost impossible to answer with the information we have. Two Weeks of supplies is the FEMA standard, A month isn't a bad idea. This isn't to say go max out your credit cards on preps, just have an action plan and be ready to deal with possibly supply chain disruptions (Credit cards don't work, no internet, etc.). Lots of people can't really deal with that.
Fill up cars/fuel containers, Food, water, shelter, safety, communications. Get those in some way, you're good.
