The best course of action is finding the particular page on any given county that shows public records, whether they are inmate records or general criminal/civil records. These are usually found by simply GOOGLING THE STATE/COUNTY AND ADDING IN 'PUBLIC RECORDS'.
Issue is that we have no idea which county/state Podesta may be incarcerated in, as the only clues are 'Northeast US'. I searched Philadelphia, Fairfax County VA, and Washington DC Bureau of Prisons and found nothing. Where would they hold someone of such high importance such as him?
