Best part is I don't have to actively participate in no-fap, simply by virtue of being busy all the time with studying and gym.

Too poor desu. I work full time and am barely saving enough money for school in the fall. Literally all of my money goes to saving while I eat cheap (vegetarian, but still super cheap). I could exercise at home but fuck body weight. Once I get to a good spot I'm gonna get yoked.

Not a meme, really. Living a healthier life means I spend much less money on food (though good quality food) and I save a lot from water (shower in the gym. I also rarely use my car now, but overall I feel like my life has improven a lot.

This. I tried it before and spent more time counting calories and exercising than doing things I actually enjoy. Just eat a sensible amount and limit junk food intake and healthy eating and exercise is unnecessary and a waste of time you could be enjoying.

Do core exercises, like push-ups, planks etc. Or go running (though we have terrible weather for it here). Make incremental steps in anticipation for your future-self in the Gym.

Nobody's dietary or exercise needs could be so complex that it could destroy one's productivity and lifestyle, unless they are super fat and are suffering the ramifications of that shitty lifestyle. I want you to explain in detail what exactly it was in either of those two things that specifically detracted from your life. You can't, without sounding stupid or pathetic.

Body weight is really enough for starters. You can do such variations that would give you the same stimuli as moderate weights. Go see Athlean-x profile on youtube. Don't postpone it. Your physical condition really is as important as your education

It never destroyed my lifestyle. I spent an hour every day working out and checked the nutritional information on anything I was about to eat, exclusively ate healthy foods, stopped snacking etc. It was mostly just a minor inconvenience but one I'd rather be without. This jew healthy lifestyle bullshit just isn't for everyone

i fell for it, i suck at the whole no-fap thing, but ive been lifting and eating better, lost 18 pounds since may and i look a lot more fit.

Fucking gym takes too much of my daytime, about 1 to 4 hours. Its my own fault for trying to exercise every day, or at least 6 out of 7 days a week. I'm simply doing it as an experiment. The good thing is, my recovery time has went through the roof and I can pretty much ignore a lot of bad symptoms caused by sleep deprivation. I know that's still a bad habit.

Simply because of daily exercising my body started to dislike sugar, which is ridiculous to me, because I originally didn't want to change my diet.

One day, when I got sick, I noticed that that fruit filled with vitamin C, worked the same or better compared to painkillers and flu medicine I was using before, so I stopped taking painkillers all together.

I'm still the jerk I always was, only without the meds and antidepressants, I just tend to get hyperactive if my body warms up a bit.

I find you don't necessarily need to stay in the gym for hours everyday, I feel great and Ive been doing gym for 6 months only for 20 minutes a day, Ive also lost weight, higher sex drive, and more muscular.

Taking breaks too often at the gym can really hamper your overall results. So I have a workout routine set, go during the quietest time and just smash it out for 20 minutes no breaks. Saves alot of time.

What are some good healthy things I could bake that would save money so I don't spend so much on cereal bars and things?

Going to the gym is worth it. I go everyday so I can eat anything, I'm pretty fucking smart so girls dig me but not the hotties, have a good gf that loves so don't care much about roasties, I'm starting my own business this month so sky is the limit, honestly fuck those stupid bitches.

I started off with a 30 day water fast. Got help from a doctor. Got fit, been working out for the last six months. Already looking incredibly fit.
Though I'm still not entirely sure what I should do with my life. I've been working odd jobs for money, but I feel like I should just join the military. Even if it is just Jew tier shit. I feel like It'd get me a leg up from what I am doing now, which is basically nothing.
