You can use these shills to practice the creation process and get good at it. Don't respond, don't even allow their negativity to rub off making you upset. Focus your mind and move forward giving no credence whatsoever to their thoughts and ideas.
It's the same for negativity in general in your life. When a negative idea pops in your head, or you have a positive idea, and then a doubt creeps in, only follow and trust your intuition and absorb those negative ideas instead of trying to combat or reflect them.
