my assessment is based on the functionality of the language.
german is the best language when i comes to describing complex coherences as acuratly as possible.
english on the other hand is spoken faster because of shorter words and easier grammar.

Agglunative languages like Turkish and Hungarian would be better at that technically because they can string together many small morphemes into an incredibly large and intricate concept
German agglunates somewhat (eg gesamtkunstwerk) but in that sense not much more than English (eg notwithstanding).
