My fellow third worlders

How common are earth roads in your country?

I'd say outside the cities everywhere is full of them

Our logging roads look like that when they are freshly made.

Maybe 25% of all roads are dirt roads where I live, rural northern midwest. I actually prefer dirt roads as the paved roads get so fucked by our harsh winters.

Our dirt roads are gravelled.
>It ain't called a green & pleasant land for nothing.

But you don't live in the third world

This is federal highway in Siberia.

but its a river

reminds me of home

>Spintires is an authentic Siberian highway simulator

That's not what the rest of the first world tells us.

Yes, but my point is a dirt road rapidly becomes a quagmire & then the weeds hit 6 feet in less than a year.
Our lack of dirt roads is practical more than economic or political.

No, it's all roads

Floodings are a bitch

Forgot pic

Everything is a road if you put a vehicle on it, comrade.

bump

Very common in rural areas and suburbs.
But paved roads are in condition like after the war.

This is right near the city center.

Reminds me of here

Dirt roads are fine. It's drainage you peasants seem to struggle with.

>I actually prefer dirt roads as the paved roads get so fucked by our harsh winters.
Gravel roads are always gravelled/sanded!

>It's drainage you peasants seem to struggle with.
Really, it's simply thinking, and solving problems BEFORE you build, instead of suffering after.
Reminder that Rural and Suburban Dirt-Road-Retards voted for Trump.

the roads here are UMA DELICIA !!

>How common are earth roads in your country?

Are there another types of road?

>building pavement on loose soil
Traps, not even once.

Pavement

...

>Pavement

Who is that Pavement?

>tfw you live next to that place

it's a highway comrade, and if you call it a river one more time or ask questions about corruption, you get to stay in Siberia a little longer than planned

But your country is massive through. You don't need to have proper roads everywhere. It's nothing to be ashamed of.
If anything it's a good thing you can escape from modernity. In lots of places in western Europe you can't do that. You often can only get the illusion of remoteness.
