install ublock origin its better than ablock. you probably got upgraded to firefox 57 which breaks compatibility with some extensions

I have never been able to get a tech board to answer a tech question because answering tech questions is beneath them, help boards are slow and die without response, nothing is coming up on google and I assume people on Sup Forums hate ads and have seen advertisement and adblock discussion a lot on here so this seemed like the best option.
