Depends where you live. I live in central Kentucky, they are, for the most part, calm here. Mostly because the majority are old. The ones I usually encounter are the ones on break from their job or just getting off work though. Not saying there aren't thugs here, they're usually just out at night and hang around gas stations selling music and loitering. I had a large group of friends ride a train into a large east coast city one day to go to a basketball game. While they were on the train a large group of black kids appeared and suddenly began punching them in the face trying to knock them out.
