If you have trouble losing fat:

DON'T EAT.. for at least 24-36 hours. When you eat even 1 calorie, you TURN OFF fat burning for basically an entire day. It doesn't matter if its "healthy" food, salad, vegetables, protein, etc, your body will not burn fat until its FORCED (takes 24 -36 hrs to deplete your liver of glycogen (sugars)). Drink as much water or diet drinks as you want

the pounds will literally be flying off you. If you can push it longer (like a week), even better, some even do a month, one guy did no food for a year (as long as you have water and vitamins)

your hunger pains actually go away after a day or so and you will feel weak but its in your head. we evolved to keep ourselves alive on fat for weeks at a time if we fucked up the hunt, you DON'T need to eat every day (let alone every 10 minutes like most people do)

some of the weight loss is water weight (which is fine), some of it is muscle, but lets be honest, you'll never look big, gyms are full of faggots who look exactly the same after 3 years cause they dont do gear. losing your belly/facial fat is far more aesthetic

and when you break your fast, pig out on mcdonalds or whatever the fuck you want, you've already made more progress than months of shitty calorie restriction dieting that just slows your metabolism down

You lost water, then fat and muscles.
Losing weight means shit. What you lose matters.
And these meme solutions don't work. Only solution is to build up muscle mass (exercise), and then implement a moderate deficit to burn off fat.
But body won't just burn fat, so to mitigate muscle loss, you still need to exercise.
Of course, if you are very fat, you might be able to build muscle even while losing fat.
But adequate protein, far and carbohydrates is absolutely necessary. Starving isn't good.
Good fasting is either skipping days, or just eating within an 8 or 6 hour windows per day (intermittent fasting).

In my experience 8-16 will do fine. You eat your daily food in 8 hours, you don't eat anything next 16 hours. You will actually feel better, at least I did. More energy, better fat loss, better workouts.
You can also try skipping days, but I never did that. Some say it's good though.

Of course not. But you still need a caloric deficit if you want to lose fat, IF isn't magic. Nothing is.

There's a learning curve here and it's pretty steep. I did something similar to this a few years ago. Went from 220 to around 180 working out and not eating. Problem is that when I hit 180 I started looking sickly. when I tried to put weight back on my stomach was too small, or at least it felt that way. I couldn't force the calories into me. Took about 2 months to be able to eat normally again.

Losing weight, there's nothing easier in your life. You lose the desire to stuff your face after like 2 or 3 days.

bullshit... the first 2-3 days you only loose water. just cut your carbs, eat more protein and some fats. eat less calories than your body needs and you will loose fat. its not a mistery. but fasting for 2 days and then eating mcdonalds is absolutely not useful. i bet you're a vegan faggot....
