I feel like I'm going crazy but it seems like 10% of the posts on these CBTS threads are structured with some simple encoded message. They have peculiar line breaks and always seem to contain an uppercase phrase/word. Also there are sometimes oddly capitalized words, and the text doesn't always make contextual sense, like it was added out of necessity for the encoding to work.
I'm not talking about 'Q' messages or LARP 'Q' messages, I'm talking about you regulars. It seems like a couple threads ago someone was clearly helping people understand that it was some sort of code using # to lay out how many chars the encoded message should be, but couldn't figure out the methodology. Is it MI related? Some agreed upon secret methodology? Or am I looking for something that doesn't exist and need help? Thanks
