Just down the road from The Mayo Clinic, just east of Tatum blvd, is a micro processor plant Sumco. They make a myriad of electronics processors. Security at this facility is Very high, you can't get onto the parking lot without a clearance. In not saying this is the case, but they could easily make a la carte advanced chips for who knows what.
Also on this same intersection is a row of credit company sites. Once again, highly secure area no roaming allowed, not even for appointments. Lock down.
