How long did it take you to realize the television, media, etc. tells you what to think and how to behave using subtle social cues?
I thought this was just shitty acting instead of these things having seeds in them designed to make people think in a certain way, but I was pretty wrong. I didn't realize until hearing about Jews (I knew there were "elites" beyond what people called elites but never could prove it, didn't know where to begin looking) and such after beginning to browse Sup Forums around a year ago. It all makes sense.
The cues Pleasure in the brain Colors Voice pitch variation Camera angles and movement, and so on so forth; basically, things designed to stimulate the brain (I am eastern European by ancestry adopted into an American family) in ways that people here don't even realize they're being influenced.
Ignore the drug degeneracy meme for the sake of this question, but I had recently done LSD with a friend, someone who browses here frequently and we frequently shit talk jews, niggers, etc. all the time. When he was tripping we had come to a misunderstanding in vibes we were leaving off and his reaction, despite being redpilled and hating jews, reacted exactly like he would have in an American drama film. Is it just because that's how he would react genuinely or is it the influence telling him he ought to act in such a manor for whatever reason (I just be myself, ignoring all cultural norms and such)? It really surprised me to know that he acted exactly like it came out of a shitty CBS drama show despite all the other things I know about him. Is it him being of American descent causing this or the influence from the media?
Do yall see these influences in everything? It's everywhere once I saw it. I never knew how prevalent it was, thought it was fringe, etc. (I stopped watching television back in 2011) and went fully online and just did what makes sense. A lot of the new ones seem to be words like "empower" "fighting" "(noun) of (adjective)" "unity" "together" "strong" and so on so forth. Basically, words that you'd hear a woman make up to make themselves feel more relevant because half the time that's what the case is now that they're allowed to mess with things because muh emotions. The way I look at it now is that if people don't like what I have to say too much, no matter how I put it, some won't like it or refuse to believe so I just don't care about that category.

I think it takes a certain level of intellectual motivation. I wandered into some voices with the right mix of entertainment and counter-narrative rhetoric with citations that I could follow up on for claims I found to be interesting enough to poke around on the internet about during lunch breaks and to later spend a few years furiously reading books to try to figure out wtf exactly are all these people thinking about so intensely.
