I study criminal justice and have friends who are lawyers. I see bullshit artist very qualified doctors all the time testifying to ridiculous bullshit. I've seen doctors mischaracterize stab wounds as animal predation and drag marks from a car.
Her case WAS NEVER investigated as a sex crime. You would want a qualified pathologist to go back and take a look at that case. I'm personally aware of child deaths that regularly get ruled accidental or natural. One such case involved a woman stomping her son to death, causing his intestine to get lascerated. The doctors ruled it was natural. Decades later the death got called into question, and they found the child was covered in human bite marks and bruises. The doctors weren't looking into the case as abuse, so the mother walked free for years.

You need more than just the report, to render a qualified opinion. Often you need photos of the autopsy and slides and cuttings if possible. A second autopsy may have to be done entirely to be certain.

Heather O'Rourke had been misdiagnosed with Chron's for quite a while. She never had puffy cheeks until taking medications to treat this supposed Chron's. You can see this in Poltergeist 3 and no other film or television show she was in. The story goes that she woke up one morning before school and basically said that she wasn't feeling well. She tried to get ready and then that's when shit went south. She ended up getting airlifted to some big hospital where she died mid-surgery of a heart attack. Stenosis lead to septic shock which then all lead to this. She was basically guaranteed to die because they falsely believed she was suffering from an entirely separate ailment.
What's the source for this alleged abuse? I've never heard of this and I've seen a lot of wack theories about Heather, but never this.

It's not illegal to go on PubMed and look at articles relating to Paediatric Forensic Pathology (although it can be upsetting). In short, you absolutely can rupture all layers of the bowel during a traumatic rape - even adult on adult male rape can result in total rupture of the large intestine wall (either chronically or acutely), so adult on child is likely to be worse.

I've been on some Heather fansites in the past trying to scavange information and let me tell you that they're crazy. Some of them think that she appears to them in their dreams. I found an entire YouTube channel of some French guy that believed that Heather was his wife from beyond the grave. The guy was totally nuts. He called his therapists "earthworms" and never took his meds. So many of his videos were just empty rooms where he thought you could see her spirit or some garbage. I'm aware of the expert process, I've seen it first hand. I've worked as a researcher for a college professor on two true crime books he wrote, one of which is published and the other in the works. Can't give my name though, or much details because I often reveal my power level on here. I'm also working on researching a third book involving a controversial conviction where the killers hired experts to say they victims weren't raped or stabbed, and that animals did all the violence.

I've read several text books on forensic patholgy, and seen some things that most wouldn't wish too unless they were a sick fuck. I read multiple books on child autopsies and child murder investigations, and sexual abuse can be tricky to prove in a child short of evidence of tearing in the anus or vagina and recovered semen.
