If there is a great number of sealed indictments, they will have to handle this carefully. Charging a good number of establishment politicians would immediately bring CIA/CNN/MSNBC into full "Trump's Coup Attempt" mode around the clock.
There needs to be full consensus from both Reps and Dems on the fact that crimes were committed. If this is simply seen as a political move by Trump, it will look like civil war.
I think they are moving very carefully but insiders know whats up. I do think the Clintons try to flip every legal threat with a PR campaign which could cause serious problems. They never go down without a fight.
When those indictments are unsealed, the shit will seriously hit the fan.
