It's to get the child to consider all the wonderful aspects of Islam and what reasons someone like them would have for converting. Children are very suggestible and this will cement positive thoughts about Islam in their growing, fertile mind, especially since the child will believe they have come up with those thoughts themselves. It's a type of brainwashing, to plant an indelible positive view of Islam before they grow up and realise what a horrific and brutal religion it is, and that it's proponents want to take over her country and forcefully convert her. The role-playing aspect also helps cement this as something they themselves think. Get them when they're young and it's almost impossible to change them back.

I'm glad I was born long enough ago to remember when school was about actual learning instead of indoctrination. Having a racist dad helped too. If that were my kid, I'd let them complete the homework after teaching them about indoctrination and use it as a lesson in how to hide powerlevel.
