Wow user you must have failed your basic gov class to be this stupid or just practice low quality bait.
As for how he was as a leader, he was good in terms of short term where he fixed Germany up and got it going again and if for whatever reason he resigned during the late 30's when Germany was doing well again he would be remembered as a great leader.
Though after that he started to become pretty incompetent especially in terms of overall war strategy. This can be seen with his failures at Dunkirk and the Battle of Britain which Germany failed because Hitler intervened in them. Not to mention how he did not effectively use the anger of Eastern Europeans effectively to fight against the Soviets because "muh slavs" which was one of the reasons the Soviets were able to take back those areas. It got to the point where the Allies didn't really bother with assassinations against Hitler with a few notable exceptions due to the negative impact he was having on the war effort.
Then there is the fact that because of the wars he started, a lot of the annoying shit we have to deal with today happened because of it.

Hitler was a fucking tard. All he had to do was wait for the soviets to make the first move and we'd have allied with germany instead, and he'd probably have gotten the land he wanted in the end anyway (much like the russians did)
