Within on the video footage timer, shooting starts at 10:06, and by 10:14 a helicopter is right there and flying low. No good reason why a "police helicopter" would lower itself in a fight when they can see high up.

In the video, watch the sky in the background. You can see planes or other helicopters flying. Not sure if that's the airport in the distance.

A helicopter was flying close and low to this area. It's also very close to the airport, so the other moving lights in the background are likely standard airport operations. I'm surprised even a police helicopter would be allowed that closed to the airport airspace.
