My question is who is committing them? Some are saying it's because guns and knifes aren't readily available so gangs are starting to use acid.
Obviously I'm trying to draw a correlation between the increased amount of refugees and the attacks. So, does anyone know where I can find stats on WHO is committing these crimes?
