One thing I'd point out regarding flight paths is that there are two identical VC-25 planes, AF1 is just the one that the POTUS is currently on.
They typically fly together but via slightly different flightpaths for obvious security reasons.
Typically at least one E-4 (Nightwatch) is not far off also. The E-4 planes are the ones used for Looking Glass purposes.
