I would have preferred if he did something that no one expects.
Something that shows how much he cares about his new family and friends and wants them to survive.

I would have loved to see him fight Luffy with his hands and use some kind of crazy as fuck technique and floor him with one punch. And maybe that punch just completely breaks his hand.

It had none of the impact one would expect. I felt nothing reading it. We all know why Sanji won't go back. Luffy knows he wants to. There was no drama to it. Hell, I would've liked Nami to at least beat the snot out of him. Show off some of those climatact skillz.

It would've been easier for Luffy to just KO and kidnap him. Sanji wouldn't lose his hands (since he didn't go "willingly"), and they could find a way to get the cuffs off. Why would Luffy even sit there and wait and not force him to come back?

There will be no more SHs lol. We already have the final crew. Oda said on multiple occasions he has trouble dealing with that many characters, hence why they are almost always split up. Plus if someone even were to join this late in the story, they would never have the weight and importance of the rest of the crew (we have had this crew for almost 10 years, let that sink in)

We get new comrades helping out each arc (carrot) and people temporarily hanging out with the crew (ceasar) but none of them will ever actually join
