The BDs for every movie are cropped versions of the original 4:3 VHS/DVD releases.
With that said, the other movies seem to have non-cropped R2J DVD versions, which are 4:3 versions in 720p. This guy on Youtube called TheGrandSpider uploaded all the movies in that format, except for Beautiful Dreamer, which is still in 16:9. I don't think it ever got a non-cropped digital release.

The real killer that people often forget is that the "original" 4:3 versions are crops for the old 4:3 televisions, and that the original theatrical releases, IE- the 32mm reels, were 16:9 fully HD, ultra HD even. The distributors just don't want to remaster them because it requires a lot of time and money.
