Because girls are good at language and talking (which doesnt improve a country) and boys are good at math and engineering (which does improve a country) we tell girls that being able to talk on an iphone is as important as being able to BUILD an iphone. To ignore this is biased. But its not important. Anybody can use language well enough to convey their thoughts, even if the dont do it as efficiently as the avg woman. But if a woman cant cut the mustard in an engineering class, that REALLY DOES REPRESENT A PROBLEM. If the world segregated into male and female, female created technology would stagnate, while male created technology would progress as fast or faster than it does currently. Equations matter, and they are what advances a nation. Switzerland austria germany and the netherlands dont have the most advanced countries in the world bc their peoples can speak well. They are advanced bc they have excellent engineers. And 99 out of 100 engineers (that matter) are men.
Literature and the arts are never more than the icing. Reading a good book to ur kid is the icing. The cake is not having a dead kid due to cancer that wasnt detected by your countries shitty medical imaging technology.
Keeping your kid alive is more important than having a good book to read them as they die of cancer.

women are good at things that men aren't. I have a secretary and she's great at keeping my schedule, making sure I don't forget small details, making coffee, making phone calls, setting up appointments, and that kind of shit. I don't wanna do that shit but women take pleasure in it and they generally do a good job - much better than what I'd be able to do.

I wouldn't trust a woman to design a skyscraper because any woman that would want to do such a thing would be an outlier - strange, not normal, different from what women are traditionally and biologically good at. It's like when women become bosses, they're the fucking worst. "I have to be an asshole and yell at everyone, right?" because that's what they think men do.

Women's skills can compliment a man's skills, and women that play to their strengths (femininity) as opposed to their weaknesses (masculinity) are great. Somehow all that shit got lost and now we're supposed to all be "the same," but really it just results in women trying to be much shittier versions of men. Society suffers as a result.

Good post. I'd say women have 4 primary skills/strengths
Nurturing: Important for helping their children and reducing stress for those that need it.
Emotional sensitivity: Important for communicating with young children. Prevents potential feuds by reading the emotions of people. Also acts as the primary motivator for the women themselves. They can stay motivated doing anything so long as they receive positive emotions from their environment.
Memory: Allows them to do repetitive tasks well, and remember the many small but important details in life.
Micromanagement: This has more to do with their lack of an actual ego. They don't get tunnel visioned into a task and can better keep track and manage things by seeing the whole picture.

We already know their weaknesses. Poor physical information processing and no ego that pushes them to achieve 110+% at whatever task they're doing.

Because women depend on consensus far more than men. It's an important instinct that exists to help keep the tribe together. The leaders/alpha males set the opinion for the tribe, and women accept it and repeat it. Men are more likely to use their own minds to decide things, which may result in more rebellions if the man's opinion doesn't fit with the opinion of the leaders.
