BRRRRRRRRRRT

It wasn't that good, the earlier episodes were much more prettier and artsy

Episode 3 was 10/10 as well, not sure which one I prefer.

Dead show. When people were comparing it to Rolling Girls they didnt expect it to be even worse.

Why does Cocona let Papika take all this abuse? Yayaka bullies her 24/7 and she doesn't do anything about it.

just caught up this shit is so good

why do all of them have butts like that

audible kek

What was the point of this scene?

...

The paint dimension looks pretty neat.

...

Jesus fuck, that was fast. Calm down Sup Forums, if you were in an all girls catholic school you''d get a broken hymen by day 2.

I love the KKKunts' outfits.

...

Agreed

...

she enjoys it cuz secretly she hates papika

There's no need for bright colors every single episode, this was a change of pace.

...

more like day 1.

censor this

This episode had plenty of pretty scenes.

...

...

Oh wow that's a really nice catch. How long have we known about the girl among the robots?

Worth noting that Coxona isn't framed by jagged teeth or spikes this episode.

Instead, she's framed by the soft, rounded edges of a reflective pool of water right at the end of the episode.

Working off this, I think it's beginning to become clear that the spiky imagery was a hedgehog-style representation of Cocona's social repression. She was afraid of leaving her shell and engaging with others for fear of being hurt. This was characterized by the image of jagged teeth and spikes surrounding her, keeping her in.

This episode, the circle was smooth, irregular and rounded because Cocona herself has begun to soften and, following the bonding in episide 4, has begun to open herself up to the outside world and welcome contact with others. That peculiar framing motif is representative of this.

Shit, you might be onto something. Papika is dumb, but that’s still a peculiar questino.

Episode 1.

Will someone explain what's the relationship between the amorphous and 'time'. Yayaka mentioned something like that towards the end

Weeks.

papika is sort of ugly here.

So you need a special kind of mindset to enter PI. Wonder if that's why they are using kids. Yoyoko and the twins may as well be androids or MK ultra babies. Would that also explain why they are using a feral child like Papika?

This adventure seemed fun.

YOUR EXISTENCE IS UGLY YAYAKA

Is this the meme show of the season?

end yourself

This is so fucking comfy for me. The entire episode is comfy af. I'd want to be in that world trapped with my lesbian lover.

Aight. I've never really seen her mentioned before, but then again I mostly go to theese threads around release days.

employing the "tell, don't show" approach, I see.

The lab rat theory was fun and all but now that evidence is piling up, I'm scared because there's no way that's gonna end well.

I want to put my face in that butt

>there will never be any porn of yayaka

Did they really have to draw that much detail?

Director is school girls

I'm really scared something bad will happen to PPK or CCN. The way Papika whimpered Coconas name before she "died" in the blood rain made me sad, you could really feel her despair.

I changed my mind. I don't want to liberate Pure Illusion anymore.

Yes.

so we got coconut and paprika, is yakaka also a food name?

What did the blood rain scene even mean?

I hate this timeskip. I want to see Papika and Cocona growing close, I don't want to just "know" that it happens.

...

Something something Cocona having her first period.

That was ep 4

is Flip Flappers actually Flip Floppers?

It's a mystic defense against 'cheaters.' You have to follow the rules of the world, this means staying inside the school and getting yuribaited.

is this show lolicon

No it's all hebe

Probably the Amorphous self defence mechanism as it forced them to stay inside the school untill they found the secret shortcut.

I don't get it

I like the whole idea of them having to break free from the "illusion" and remember what they're there for. Today's episode was particularly strong in that regard but it made me realize that every episode has kind of been like that. There's this temptation to just get swept up in it and forget what you're supposed to be doing. It kind of reminds me of Voyage of the Dawntreader from the Narnia series.

Menarche

Also the leader of KKK called her literally a drive.

I think the twins know that Yayaka has been going out of her way to ensure coconuts safety and that she's been acting strange. They don't seem too pleased about it.
Also assuming the twins and yayaka are all 'different' in some way as compared to the flappers, why are the twins so much more emotionless?

No, that's Keijo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yayaka tried that secret garden of maidens bullshit. It was for pretending but she seemed a bit frustrated that Coconuts didn't play along. What a loser.

old hags can't be memes

Doesn't seem like a memeworthy show to me.

I'm calling it right now, that other robot girl in the op is the other half of the drive

Why woudn't they?

>flipfloppers
Kek.

Something that happens to a school girl out of school.

Will next ep be a senpai episode or yuri vs incest episde? the twins will probably go for a kill if Yoyoko ain't there.

it's either that or Cocona. There was this idea floating around that since Cocona has a fragment embedded inside her, Papika is covering up her own fragment with her anklet.

If Cocona is unrelated to the drive thing, then there is still some sort of deeper connection to PI with her to be unveiled

Well she is, right? She's a person who is also a portal.

Anime fans have shit taste. Whats your point?

Why would you use "lel" instead of lol? Think about it. It doesn't mean anything, its just the modification of the actual acronym lol. You don't even know why you use it. Somewhere, sometime you saw a few people post it and hopped right on board. Too mainstream for lol right? That's so old. Its meaning makes sense but you don't feel comfortable expressing your approval of things on the internet with the common old "lol" that's been around for so long. You'll man up and use the purposely misspelled version with no discernible humor or purpose besides making you look like a complete idiot while you maintain the false concept that other people find it amusing or appropriate, and using purposely misspelled words shows the world that you're not afraid of anything and are part of some grand inside joke that no one finds funny.

you are sort of ugly everywhere

Gokigenyou~

Alright since this episode deepened the PI mystery, I wanna know what the general consensus is now

strawpoll.me/11565848

I was kinda impressed at how the ep made it seem like so much happened in it.

...

Replacing old and lame words for new cool words is in human nature.

>Papika not dead

3 sounds like the obvious choice here

Besides, the actual meme term is "kek". "lel" was an awkward transitional stage

Someone put a Gigas (Earthbound) in there.

It feels that way when a show is full of creativity.

was there one of these for ep 4?

>lol
Fuck off and kill yourself cancerous crossboarder.

>"lel" was an awkward transitional stage

rip "lyl" "lal"

Those detains on Yayaka's butt, I really need to stop watching this in 480p.

do it yourself geek

...

will there be a full tapestry at the end?

My guess is that they were either an experiment gone wrong or that fact that twins are just generally portrayed to be overly quirky or emotionless. It's a weird troupe in a lot of shows desu

Woah rude.

Hope we can see these worlds in the form of extra ovas.

That was fucking spoopy.

What does SOS mean to Japs?

>this episode in a nutshell
