One 'conspiracy theory' which is interesting and provable - fakery of some of the photos taken on the moon.
If you look at some of the photos which are routinely shown as having been taken on the moon, you'll realise that this can't be the case. An obvious one is any shots of the lander where you can clearly see the american flag, despite the fact that it would have been in shadow at that angle, and invisible in the real shot.
So the photo was retouched afterwards, because they really needed the flag to be front and centre and highly visible in all promotional material.
And a lot of shots were redone on Earth afterwards, because the cameras they had were fixed-focus, fixed aperture, and almost impossible to operate with spacesuit gloves on.
A lot of the actual shots are blurry, out of focus and were useless for the high-qualilty magazine shots they needed to keep interest in the space program high. So they were reshot on a sound stage, using the original pictures as shot guidelines, because the photos were just too crappy to retouch.
So it's a faked photo, but of an actual event.
