I will when what I said is not the main thing I remember from each episode.

First off Daisuki doesn't necessarily mean romantic love (not saying it necessarily doesn't mean that either.) I'm also not saying anything I'm positing is the gospel truth; just an idea.

I'm just saying maybe Papika doesn't understand romantic love or that what's happening with Cocona is exactly that. So when she does the whole daisuki thing she's basically being flippant/friendly. When she realizes she's entering territory that's unfamiliar IE romantic love that's when she might show a more reserved side.
