It was clear that the story was going nowhere fast.
Wasted potential.

I have no idea what this series is. Want to fill me in OP?

>Guy has a genetic condition that makes him irresistibly attractive to women
>Even supernatural beings can't resist him
>He ignores prime, devoted cupid and succubus pussy because all he cares about is the one girl in the world not affected by his bullshit because she's so autistic that she can't even understand basic human emotions

should have went with another magazine

Looks like blonde won again

Not him, and I don't know this series either. But good riddance, it seems.

It could have been a fun series. It tried too hard to be serious though.

Nope, Angel left and childhood friend won.

...

if you can read this you can read the title in the OP

Now that is axed is when we say we liked it, right?

>Childhood friend wins
Its a miracle. Fucking hell good axed ending saved it.

Doesn't sound too bad actually

That was fast.

He also worthy of note is that the MC confesses to the childhood friend in the very first.

Shame to see mineral water go.
Ill miss her. Kinda.

Good, romance stories should never go on too long.

Name one good long running romance manga.

The next Nisekoi they said

People said that in a negative way

It might've been foregettable and trite, but at least it ended well.

sounds pretty generic

Nisekoi was dragged out pointlessly to tease ships and ended disappointingly, regardless if you were a gorilla fan or not.

At least this ended before it could put us through that.

It's wasted potential. Shouldn't make the MC confess the heroine.

Link?

>Guy has a genetic condition that makes him attractive to women.
>Even supernatural beings can't resist him.

It should've been a SoL about him trying to find a cure, and assisting the supernaturals that come after him with lore being told about the supernatural's place of origin/history.

Throw in some axe crazy supernatural yandere and it would've lasted a lot longer.

>He doesn' t end with his first love.
The Nisekoi of our generation.

Hatsukoi Zombie is next nisekoi.
It is in another magazine though.
And i mean it in a bad way.

Uh what happen?

>The next Nisekoi they said

Said nobody ever.

Things jump axed:
Toriko
Bleach
Naruto
Reborn
Psyren
Nura
Sket dance
Beelzebub
Nisekoi
Soon to enter the list:
World Trigger and Soma

Also, you don't seem to know what axed means.

So what are actually the longest Shonen jump series?
One piece, Gintama (maybe have maximum a year more), haikyu and Soma?
All those manga ending before HxH

Saiki Kusuo

oi that manga doesn't deserve such an insult

Are they sleeping or dead?

They are
holding hands

Way to ruin my day

That's just mean. Anyone who puts in even a little effort doesn't deserve their work to be called that.

Well finally people seem to have enough of harems.

WTF I hate Love Rush now

Put that artist to work on something that isn't terrible.

Fuck, couldn't they have had adult characters? Especially ones that are not autistic and don't come up with bullshit reasons for not fucking?

Except angel was also a childhood friend. A much closer one he forgot

Cute

Nura and Beelzebub weren't axed

You're wrong with about half of those.

>A much closer one
no? They knew each other for a few days. He described the other girl as being like his sister at the time.

It truly was in a RUSH to meet its end.

>Soon to enter the list:
>World Trigger and Soma
This.

Sauce shitstains?

Nice meme

>Psyren
>Nura
>Sket Dance
>Beelzebub

Those where unnecessarily axed, especially Nura and Psyren.

I don't think Soma is getting axed anytime soon. Not sure about WT but it's a possibility.

I'm not sure why people even want to work for them. It's either getting axed when you start to make it interesting or drag it for long enough that nobody cares when it's over.

>one girl in the world not affected by his bullshit

I always suspected that it was because she was really a trap and that as a guy that meant she wasn't affected by the MC's power. MC finally gets the trap to fall in love with him, they get married, have honeymoon, he pulls down his wife's pants and, oops.

Are you retarded? They are nothing alike

Good riddance. I guess Japan is finally starting to get tired of these plots too.

You have to admit, Nura got pretty bad, especially with the arc where all of the humans were trying to kill Nura because of the bullshit magical prophecy.

Beelzebub's problem was that the author didn't know where to take the story after the big arc.

Psyren though deserved to keep going for awhile. I'm not sure why Japan didn't like it.

Money

There's nothing unnecessary about axing shit manga.

Sket Dance ended normally. It wasn't axed

I really don't know why these authors try to setup a harem story, but then have the protagonist in love with one girl at the start.

Easy out for the end

>Sket Dance ended normally

It did have a pretty shitty ending though. I mean it wasn't bad, but very non conclusive. Don't know why the author had to turn the confession into a stupid gag and then leave everything completely open ended.

Ass Class kinda broke that trend

but i doubt that gets replicated anytime soon

>I'm not sure why people even want to work for them.
They don't call WSJ the world's most popular manga for no reason

>You have to admit, Nura got pretty bad, especially with the arc where all of the humans were trying to kill Nura because of the bullshit magical prophecy.

The final arc was pretty bad but I enjoyed all the other arcs before it. I really liked the art style too, so I'm a bit biased when it comes to Nura. That said, I felt like the final arc could have been a lot better if it wasn't so rushed.

THANK GOD.

it was awful trash. even worse than that shitty shounen about electric human shotas.

It wasn't romance manga

It was a bad premise and a bad manga, but part of me is sad to see it die because the art was very cute and monster girls.

I hope the author gets luckier, or failing that, gets a writer. I hope he succeeds, even if he didn't deserve to this time.

Both drag on like there is no tomorrow and use the lolmisunderstanding as plot device to reset any fucking development in plot.

But Ibusaki and Tarou are continuously developed.
How long it should be?

i only read the first chapter and instantly know that this series was garbage, good that this is over

>But Ibusaki and Tarou are continuously developed.
Yeah nice one, every time some truth is about to come to light, there is either misunderstanding with US BOIZ AMIRITE RIRITO or trap gets jealous/embarrassed and thus all the previous actions amount to nothing in the end.
The actually development only happened between Tarou and Eve because everything concerning the volleyball girl also takes ages and doesn't seem likely to get resolved and time soon.
And how long it should be, no idea, when it doesn't feel like a drag to read i guess. And what i learned from nisekoi, it's that when you are starting to introduce characters late in the game that feel like literal fillers to prolong the story, you are in for a shit time. And we already had the enthusiastic loli that wants the protagonists to fuck.
At least it's not turning into harem, at least for now.

Their romance was, by no means, the focus of the story.

Bullshit, Ibusaki slowly stops hating Tarou and falls for him, not everything is reseted.
Which good romantic comedy didn't drag or didn't have misunderstandings?

Well, at least it pay off. If Angel won I would have been so mad.

Did you make this thread ?

No.
But the point is that it goes nowhere since she bottles it inside herself, and every time the plot could go forward and reveal some of the truth, some random shit happens and bam, we are at the square one. I can't really call it development when it happend only in their head, and they act like like they acted before anyway after that.
Also no idea, i don't read a lot of them, maybe lot of them drag on like that. The one from some shounen magazine i remember reading was about some girl that was floating in pajamas, and it only didn't start to drag on because it got axed early.

You sound like bitter newfag who can't get over Nisekoi. Read more rom-coms and stop pretending you know anything.

A pity, the mom was hot.

Praised be the heavens.

Awoo should've been the main heroine.

Yeah, I have to credit Ass Class. It actually had a proper ending; it set a deadline early on and stuck to it.

I feel you.

>Beelzebub
>not axed

>it's okay because they are all shit!
It applies to all genres user, if some battle shonen is constantly introducing new meaningless characters to prolong the run it also drags on. Bad writing is bad writing no matter the genre.

>the author should end it quickly to suit my tastes instead of making easy money

stupid child

Stop sucking fat greek snob's dick

>Beelzebub's problem was that the author didn't know where to take the story after the big arc.

Couldn't have angels or greater demons that inhabited the land before they got kicked out?

Shit would write itself.

Meanwhile Ghost Tits is going strong hahahahaha

I though we were discussing the quality of the work, not how to make most money out of it. But i guess you have to be creatively bankrupt to write schlock like this.
Dude chill, i am not taking your romantic comedies away.

Reminds me of this

I want a ninja sandwich

We need more assertive harem mcs.

Ibusaki-Tarou paring isnt the real drive of the manga but rather the pairing of other couples using Love Zombies, its just there as the glue to keep things together.

Its not a main pairing romance, going down that path would kill it because its the "main" drive of the series, without it there would nothing to go on about.

I dont get why people on a romance series just want the situation solved, if you want to read the type of garbage that goes after they hook up, go read Shoujo ... all you get is shitty NTR and dumb drama.

Jitsu Wa has had the main pair together for more than half the run time I think.

Is ghost tits the new super interesting?

The real problem of harems is that A the authors don't know how to portray the love legitimately and B they never make the competition fair.

If they bothered making the affection credible instead of just going "OMG he picked up her eraser so kind now she wants his dick" they wouldn't even have to resort to blatant cockblocks, MC faggotry and status quo bullshit. And then of course there's the other problem of having a main heroine and then adding the others just for fanservice or to move the story in a certain way. They just keep this mindset of "let's write a love story OF MC and main heroine" instead of just a "love story that revolves in this"
