Toss-up between Extra and HF.
Mahoyo is the one TM thing I'd actually want to see adapted, but I guess that's never gonna happen.
Extra is going to be more entertaining to talk about, since it's a week by week thing. I'll probably end up enjoying HF more, but the excitement for it is gonna be way down, since we're going to have to wait for it to hit theaters, then for a download, and then subs (granted, probably not needed for most, since we know the story).
Basically though, the movie format doesn't make for good water cooler discussion.

Extra, even if it's vidya, it has a story, and a new one since i never got deep into TM stuff, so i'm the most excited about that one. HF is good and all, but ultimately its not my favorite route and i know what will happen regardless.. Grand Order doesnt have a story per say and lay-duce is not exactly the greatest studio out there, so it looks more like a quick cashgrab.

I never really cared for fate outside of the core that is S/N and maybe Zero and Prisma. Also CP, if that counts.
Never really could get into Extra for some reason. And I can't even begin to bring myself to care about GO
She's just seems like that typical annoying over the top arrogant character type thats all the rage in eroge particularly nowadays. Seems like she'd go hand in hand with your typical Shaft show. Honestly Fate continues to feel like it has more in common with say Rance nowadays than its root game
