Read Beyond Good and Evil and am reading Geneology of Morals right now. He does mostly associate Jews with his concepts of slave morality and "ressentiment" and it's easy to say he's critical of these, but at times he acknowledges their success over nobler but less prolific ideals. At times he praises aspects of the Jewish ethnoculture.

His sister did actually synthesize works from his notes and took some liberties with them. Don't know if I'd say he outright opposed nationalism, the feeling I got was that he sees virtue in self assertion, and nationalism is an extension of self assertion to the state maybe.
