Piuy or Piwi?

The Piuy VS Piwi discussion is reminding me of Rivaille VS Levi.

It's Raviolli.
And Piwi makes sense because he looks like an SD Kiwi, but Piuy is cuter so I'll keep calling him that.

Having a personal preference is fine. I'm just referring to the silly potato commenters who want the translations to revert back to "Piuy" for consistency's sake.

I've been saying it should be Piwi ever since I saw it written in Japanese. The spelling is literally the same as kiwi save for the first character.

Azudra is the next step. Then Vemillio? That one is harder to swallow though.

Piuy would be a one mora longer word than Piwi

I always read it as pi-ui, thanks in part to Rello's spelling choice, but also because it's written as ピウイ rather than ピウィ. I wish ゐ/ヰ never fell out of usage.
