However when he emerged from the portal he was deformed by the ethereal currents, his vocal cords rendered useless, save for producing a hideous guttural wail. Ponies fled from him, kicked his rolls, threw rocks and sticks at him, when all he wanted was their love. Desperate to make contact he carved the word "LOVE" into his mass so they would understand, but it only further isolated him. In the third arc of the fanfiction I'm writing he eventually learns magic from the tree of harmony and gains the power to hide his true form. He woos rarity with his illusory form and on their wedding night reveals his true self. After she rejects him he rapes and impregnates her and is driven to everfree forest where he begins arc 4 as a major villain.

Funny you say that; I love LOGH, but I wasn't intentionally mimicking its style. I just draw anime stuff with realistic proportions. Gundam sort of does the same thing as logh, with semi-realistic proportions and whatnot. (which is where these characters are from.)

Either way I'm a fan of the old anime style, it feels much more solid and gives off a western feel.
