Things like the Nazis supposedly using 5 different methods to gas the Jews (Zyklon B in some camps, a captured Russian diesel (!) tank engine in another, a Russian sub engine (!) in another, compressed CO2 tanks in another). Why would the Nazis use all these different methods when they had Zyklon B in mass production during the war?
