That is literally the stupidest thing you could possibly do, if you don't want to vote for the conservatives that is fine, however I will remind you if the liberals win that will mean another 4 years and thus over another million immigrants. But if you can't bring yourself to vote for the conservatives whatever, however voting for the NDP or Liberals is just sending the opposite message, it is telling the conservatives they were to conservative and they should move to the center. If you don't want to vote for the conservatives vote for the libertarians or even CHP for that matter or any of the small right-wing parties. And for that matter make sure you email the conservatives explaining why you can't vote for them. But a vote for the Liberals is just a vote telling them you support the left.

And this isn't a hypothetical just so we are clear. The BC Liberals (Center-right and unconnected to the federal liberals) lost their last election to the NDP. I know libertarians that voted NDP to tell the BC Liberals they were upset with them for being to moderate, and you know what has happened since? The BC Liberals gave just adopted NDP policies and gotten even more moderate. Because the message that was sent wasn' 'libertarians are upset with us' it was 'we like the left.'

Yeah, CHP, they are pretty cool. They obviously have zero chance of winning or even getting a single seat but they are very solidly conservative on every issue, economics, social, guns, ect. Not sure about immigrant though desu.

Also I mean I'm not sure Bernier is your guy if you're a social conservative. He is definitely more fiscally conservative than Sheer or most of the CPC but he is pretty liberal on most social issues. Pro-choice, unmarried and living with his girlfriend a few years ago.

I'm both fiscally and socially conservative, it's obvious that Scheer won't touch social issues like Harper because that's political suicide for socons in Canada.
I consider Maxime more of a moderate than a progressive btw, Trudeau's a progressive, Scheer is a socon who's spineless (perhaps rightfully so), and Maxime is moderate. You won't find absolutely retarded Trudeau tier social legislation from him most likely

If you're expecting meaningful change to happen through politics that is where your mistaken. Changes occurs through the culture and it is eventually enforced through politics. The gay marriage debate being a good example. The cultural elites had already made up their mind long ago where that was going and the fight over the past decade or two has just been a managed decline.

Cultural change isn't an easy thing to do but if it's something you care about its something which starts with living the values you care about and that should probably be reflected in the media you consume. And if you have any artistic talents, music, art, writing ect. Make art which reflects your values.
