Traditionally women were considered property of their fathers. Then the father would give her hand in marriage to a suitable man who would be her husband and be responsible for her care to the very end. So no divorce.
Women should not be able to vote, since it should be one vote per family. So only men should vote. Traditionally it was only land owners, however nowadays, that would translate into net taxpayers only. As for women working, it should only be allowed where there father/husband consented.
