What country has the best opportunities, women, real estate prices and job prospects?
It seems to me alot of places in the East seem to have two main Job opportunities Teaching English and I.T is this the case.

Prague, Krakow, Budapest, Warsae you can probably survive with speaking english. Elsewhere you'll be fucked if you dont know the native language.
There is actually a nice bar in Krakow run by American expats and its pretty successful.
