The most extensive study shows that soy is actually lowers estrogen levels.
>inb4 you post the study of the guy who drank both milk and soymilk every day and had bitchtits.
The animal protein control group actually gained more estrogen than the soy-fed group.
Your move anti-soy-faggots.

>The most extensive study shows that soy is actually lowers estrogen levels. Soy IS an estrogen, of course it lowers your natural production. It will still feminize men though, it's just like how taking steroids to build muscle lowers your natural testosterone production.

To be honest there isn't good evidence one way or the other that soy has a feminizing effect on men. I avoid it personally because it certianly doesn't masculinize me, but it could possible feminize me. Anyone who thinks soy is the main driver of feminization of men is retarded. It's almost certainly due to lifestyle changes (inactivity, lack of vitamin D, not working with your hands, being around men, etc). Diet has probably little to do with it, birth control in the water might have something to do with it. Either way "soyboy" is just a catch-all term for feminize nu-males, no one here thinks its solely due to soy.

Oh wow, (((they))) published a scientific study. I bet it was even peer-reviewed.
But the soy-based products have human DNA in them so that's the real issue plus soy may have some benefits but it's no staple food, eat all you want and fuck off already
